We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Romantic Jewelry. You may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The refund includes the full amount paid for the item(s), less reasonable shipping and handling fees described below.
To process a return, you must have a return authorization (RA) number. You can obtain an RA number, along with instructions for shipping your return, by contacting us at returns@romanticjewelry.com.

Shipping and Handling
Romantic Jewelry offers shipping through UPS, FedEx, and the United States Post Office. In addition to a $10 handling fee per shipment, we charge actual shipping rates for your preferred shipping method, based on your location.
